What GHRP-2 is
Synthetic ghrelin-receptor agonist that stimulates pituitary growth-hormone release. It is also referred to as Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2.
How it works
Activates GHS-R1a, increasing GH release and potentially cortisol, prolactin and appetite.
What the evidence shows
Human endocrine studies exist, but it is not an FDA-approved therapy.
Evidence level: C — Human pharmacology evidence.
Routes studied: Subcutaneous research.
Doses studied: Third-party research write-ups describe 100–300 mcg subcutaneously, 2–3 times daily. That is published research information only — not a True Heal Wellness protocol, and no FDA-approved human dose exists.
