This policy explains how True Heal Wellness (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information through this website and when you contact us before becoming a patient.
Information we collect
- Contact forms and consultation requests: your name, email address, phone number, and, if you choose to provide them, the service you are interested in, your preferred location, and your message.
- Appointment requests: the same contact details plus the treatment you select, whether you want an in-office or at-home visit, your requested date and time, and, for at-home visits, your address.
- Anything you tell us when you call, email, or text us.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and to schedule, confirm, or follow up on appointments.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry, as you agreed to when submitting a form.
- To operate and secure the website, including preventing spam and fraudulent submissions.
- With your consent, to understand how visitors use the website and to measure whether our advertising works.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others.
We do not use the treatments you view or request, or other health-related information, to target you with advertising.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for targeted advertising. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who process information on our behalf and may use it only to provide their services to us: website hosting and database (Vercel and Neon), email delivery (Resend), and our patient communication and scheduling system (GoHighLevel).
- Google, for analytics and advertising measurement, only if you opt in (see “Cookies and analytics” below), and for maps, only if you choose to load one (see “Payment plans, maps, and third-party links” below).
- Cherry, our payment-plan partner, only for information you enter into Cherry’s estimator or application. See “Payment plans, maps, and third-party links” below.

Cookies and analytics
We use cookies only with your permission. Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We also use similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage. _ga) for up to two years. It shows us how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how people arrived, general device and browser details, approximate location, and whether actions such as submitting a form or tapping a call button happened. We send page addresses without any query parameters. We never send the contents of forms, your name, email address, phone number, message, or the service or treatment you select. Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off.We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure page views and site performance in aggregate without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
Payment plans, maps, and third-party links
Our service and payment-plan pages offer a payment estimator provided by Cherry, a third-party financing platform. It loads only when you choose to open it. Once opened, Cherry and the analytics services it uses may collect information about your use of the estimator. Information you enter into Cherry’s estimator or application goes directly to Cherry and is governed by Cherry’s privacy policy, not this one.
Our location and service-area pages can show a map provided by Google Maps. The map loads only when you choose to load it. Until then, the page shows our address and a link to Google Maps, and nothing is requested from Google. When you load a map, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and information about your browser and device and may set or read its own cookies. That information is governed by Google’s privacy policy, not this one. If you open a map or directions in Google Maps, you leave our website for Google’s.
Our website also links to other sites, such as our social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep information
Form submissions stored in our website database are automatically deleted after 12 months. IP addresses recorded for spam prevention are kept for up to 12 months with the submission they belong to, or for one day if used only to limit repeated submissions.
Information transferred to our patient communication system, and any records created if you become a patient, are kept as long as needed to provide care and run our practice, and as long as the law requires.
How we protect your information
All information sent through this website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to submitted information is limited to staff and service providers who need it. We also use rate limiting and spam protection on our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.

- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Calls and emails: ask us to stop, and we will.
- Your information: you can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you. You can also opt out of the sale of your information or its use for targeted advertising, although we do neither.
